Organisational culture is made up of the behaviours that are encouraged or discouraged overtime and has a significant impact on business processes, productivity, and organisational success.
Values are often perceived as a nice to have ‘fluffy’ component of business and usually exist as aspirational statements. Values influence our behaviours, and our behaviours lead to outcomes, so it is important that the values we encourage or discourage at work are strategically aligned to the outcomes we need to achieve.
